Application:
Once your student leaders have generated a good list of characteristics, go back through the list and apply each of them to being a good leader. More specifically during the Season of Shine leaders should be:
- Unselfish: looking for ways to shine the spotlight on others
- Involvement: coming up with new and creative ways to get ALL students involved on campus
- Better: finding ways to make others better or have a better high school experience
