Leadership Development Series

The Leadership Development Series is a 10 week program where my student leaders will get the privilege to learn from and listen to leaders in the community who are doing great things.  Exposing my student leaders to business, political, fashion, fitness, and real estate leaders will have a profound impact on their development.

Here is the list of speakers:

Currently, Justin biggest achievement besides having a loving wife and daughter was running a journey called LIMITLESS, a 300 mile ultra distance run from Visalia to Santa Monica in 4 days. Not only does Justin want to be recognized as the leading expert in Tulare County but he also has been building his reputation throughout the rest of the nation as an expert in the strength and conditioning industry. Justin is excited to share his passion and expertise in the form of fitness, nutrition, personal growth and positive living.

Week 2:  Nathan Jefferson (January 31)

02-nathan

With over 18 years of Business Development experience, my greatest joy is to make a difference in someone’s life. This might be bringing a cup of coffee to one of my clients, help a company talk through their current challenges or it might be to help companies find great talent.

I work with Express Employment Professionals in Visalia and truly desire to add value to organizations. Anyone can get out there and drop off a card but true professionals add value by listening, asking great questions and then finding solutions for the challenges at hand. If companies truly desire to be productive and profitable, then the people that work for them are their biggest assets. I help companies walk through the process of becoming an “employer of choice” by valuing people versus seeing them as a commodity. This is accomplished by providing them with the best talent available that fit into the culture they are trying to develop and/or maintain.
