Four Vision-Levels of People: (John Maxwell)

1. Some people never see it.  (They are wanderers.)
2. Some people see it, but never pursue it on their own.  (They are followers.)
3. Some people see it and pursue it.  (They are achievers.)
4. Some people see it and pursue it and help others see it.  (They are leaders.)

Leaders inspire greatness in others.

This is accomplished when leaders give others something to believe in, not just something to do.

Effective leadership has a “cause” or “purpose” that is bigger than the individual leading.

Leadership may start with you, but it’s not about you.

Strength is only built through resistance.

Diamonds are only formed under extreme pressure.

Gold is only refined through fire.

Greatness is only built through trials.
